"Claraplatz" tram stop (tram 8 from the train station; also trams 6 and 14). Doorbell "N. Steven / K. van den Bosch". Street parking difficult: use multi-storey, e.g. at Messeplatz. Run will be buggy friendly. On-Inn will be at a nearby restaurant.
