Start and finish at hare Nadia's hutch, Gellertstrasse 162, 4052 Basel. Be prepared to get refreshingly wet mid-run (optional swim-stop) and enjoy a fun tour of Basel at the same time. Stroller-friendly for the little ones.

Directions:

From the Basel SBB, take a yellow tram, either the 10, direction Dornach, or the 11, direction Aesch, for 4 stops, to Dreispitz. Cross over the tram tracks and enter Walkeweg. (If you are coming by train to Basel, you may find an S3 from within the station is easier: one stop to Dreispitz. Climb steps up to Walkeweg.)

Pick up bus 36, direction St-Jakob-Park and Badischer Bahnhof, for 3 stops, to Redingstrasse. From there, walk in the direction away from the small river, up Redingstrasse until you get to a T junction. This is Gellertstrasse. Turn left and look for #162 on your right. We are in the 3-storey modern building complex. Look for N Younes and V La Madrid on the buzzer.

Trip from SBB takes about 15 - 20 minutes.

For those driving, parking is limited on the street, or there is the St. Jakob's shopping centre underground parking garage. When you emerge, find the 36 bus route, and look for the pedestrian tunnel on your right. Walk through it, and come up onto Gellertstrasse. We are #162 on your left. GPS: 47.546872, 7.618414
